•    The item must be uneaten and in its original packaging.

• The bowl must not have arrived frozen.

 

2. Return Process:

•    Provide your order number and reason for the return.

•    Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and further instructions on how to proceed.

 

3. Shipping Costs:

•    Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item unless the return is due to the product arriving unfrozen.

•    We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

 

4. Refund or Exchange:

•    Upon receiving the returned item and inspecting its condition, we will process your refund or exchange.

•    Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within 3 business days.

•    If you requested an exchange, the replacement item will be shipped out promptly, subject to availability.
