How it works

Açaíty is revolutionizing the game when it comes to e-commerce delivery capabilities. The future is here, & we're meeting it head on with innovative shipping containers, 100% biodegradable packaging, & instantaneous order processing.  

 

1. Once your order is placed, it's sent to our kitchen in Florida where we begin handmaking your bowl. 

2. It's then frozen in our IQF freezer before beginning the packaging process. 

3. The order is specially packaged with dry ice packs, a shipping cooler, & an insulated box. It's sent first class (1-2 days) to ensure it remains at -18C until delivered.

If your açaí bowls are not COMPLETELY frozen upon delivery, we request they be sent back & will issue you a full refund or replacement.
